During Water Festival in Cambodia that takes place in November of each year, the celebration is being highlighted by the Boat Racing competition participated by both local and foreign competitors at the capital, at the capital city in Phnom Penh. Here at CCV, we also celebrate this event to show our valued guests how important for us is the water festival celebration as well as to experience the excitement and exuberance of the Boat Racing competition.
